We are currently expanding into Atlantic City and the surrounding area. This role is flexible and supplemental, a great fit for nurses who want to build their own schedule and take appointments on their own terms rather than committing to fixed shift blocks.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse license

• Minimum 1 year of IV administration experience

• Malpractice insurance required (workers' compensation not required, as this is a 1099 independent contractor role)

• Strong IV placement skills, ideally from ER or ICU experience

• Valid driver's license and personal vehicle, required for home visits

• Genuine passion for patient care with strong interpersonal skills

• Comfortable multitasking and working independently

• Willingness to commit to a minimum of one drip per month

• Open to earning through upselling, referrals, and client retention

Your role

• Deliver IV drip therapy and medical services with compassion and professionalism

• Build lasting relationships with patients through attentive, personalized care

• Educate patients on the benefits of IV therapy and support their wellness journey

• Encourage add ons and membership plans that fit each client's needs

• Represent IVDrips' mission and values in every visit

Compensation
Nurses earn 25% of net revenue on a client's first visit and 35% on every rebooked visit. Additional earning opportunities come through referrals, retention, and add on sales. Tips are 100% yours.

Nurses are independent contractors and are responsible for their own equipment and supply costs, which most recoup within their first several visits.
