Position Summary (Hybrid role - can be located in NYC, Washington DC or Plano, TX) The Senior Specialist, Loyalty & Promotion Execution will play a critical role in bringing CAVA's loyalty strategy to life through the execution of member offers, rewards, and promotional experiences. This role will own the day-to-day execution of loyalty promotions, support lifecycle and personalization initiatives, and serve as a key cross-functional partner across CRM, Digital, and Marketing teams. What You’ll Do Loyalty Operations & Promotion Execution Own the end-to-end execution of recurring and targeted loyalty promotions, offers, rewards, and member experiences. Partner closely with CRM, Digital, Tech, and Marketing teams to support successful promotion launches and ongoing program execution. Maintain promotion calendars, offer inventories, and operational documentation to ensure accuracy and alignment across stakeholders. Own the day-to-day management and maintenance of recurring promotional programs, seasonal offers, and targeted member activations. Identify opportunities to improve processes, documentation, and operational efficiency as loyalty capabilities continue to evolve. Support the ongoing evolution of CAVA's loyalty technology ecosystem by helping operationalize new tools, capabilities, and processes that enable more sophisticated member experiences. Lifecycle Marketing & Personalization Support Help build and execute CAVA's emerging personalization and lifecycle marketing capabilities, developing targeted loyalty experiences that support member acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, and reactivation objectives. Manage recurring loyalty promotions and member benefits that are primarily delivered through owned marketing channels. Help establish scalable processes and best practices as personalization capabilities continue to expand. Promotional Testing & Optimization Support A/B testing and pilot programs designed to improve member engagement and promotional effectiveness. Monitor campaign performance and provide timely summaries of key results, observations, and learnings. Utilize reporting tools and available data to support live campaign analysis; SQL experience is a plus. Cross-Functional Collaboration Serve as a key partner to CRM, Digital, Technology, and Marketing teams throughout the promotion lifecycle. Support cross-functional communication and alignment to ensure successful delivery of loyalty initiatives. Act as a trusted resource for questions related to active promotions, loyalty offers, and member-facing program experiences. Qualifications 2–4+ years of experience in loyalty, CRM, retention marketing, digital marketing, promotions, customer engagement, or related fields. Experience executing customer-facing marketing campaigns, promotional programs, loyalty initiatives, or lifecycle marketing efforts. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence. Experience working cross-functionally with stakeholders across Marketing, CRM, Creative, Digital, Legal, Product, Technology, Analytics, or Operations teams. Familiarity with loyalty platforms, CRM systems, marketing technology tools, or campaign management platforms. Strong communication skills and ability to effectively coordinate work across multiple teams and stakeholders. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance and communicate key takeaways. Experience using reporting tools, dashboards, or performing basic data analysis; SQL experience is a plus. Experience in restaurant, retail, hospitality, or consumer -based businesses preferred.
