About the Position

Star Sleep & Wellness is seeking a motivated and talented Physician Liaison to join our growing team!

As North and South Las Vegas are our newest locations, the final stage of the interview process will take place in the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) metroplex, with initial training including approximately one week in DFW.  All travel expenses will be fully compensated, and we will provide further details during the interview process.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with physicians, APPs, and key referral sources throughout the territory.
• Generate new provider referrals through consistent in-person office visits and outreach.
• Educate providers and staff on Star Sleep & Wellness services, testing options, and treatment pathways.
• Identify and onboard new referral accounts to support market growth.
• Maintain regular communication with existing referral partners to strengthen engagement and retention.
• Resolve referral workflow issues and ensure a seamless experience for providers and patients.
• Track self-activity, referral growth, provider engagement, and market opportunities within the CRM.
• Represent Star Sleep & Wellness at community events, health fairs, and networking opportunities.
• Gather competitive intelligence and local market insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Achieve monthly referral, provider engagement, and patient volume goals for the territory.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare providers, office staff, or business partners.
• Experience working independently in a field-based, territory management, business development, sales, or outreach role preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to efficiently plan routes, prioritize visits, and maximize time in the field.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to changing schedules, priorities, and market conditions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage diverse personalities and professional audiences.
• High emotional intelligence with strong listening skills, self-awareness, and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated, accountable, and driven to achieve and exceed performance goals.
• Competitive mindset with a team-first attitude that encourages collaboration and supports others' success.
• Professional presence with the ability to represent Star Sleep & Wellness positively in physician offices and community settings.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and basic business technology tools.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
• Healthcare, medical sales, physician outreach, clinic operations, or territory management experience preferred but not required.
• We are willing to train the right candidate on sleep medicine, testing modalities, and clinical terminology. Success in this role is driven less by prior sleep experience and more by relationship-building ability, territory execution, adaptability, emotional intelligence, and a exceptional work ethic.
