Complete Renovation Solutions (A Division of Complete Realty Solutions) is seeking to hire a full time experienced construction professional to join our residential renovation crew. We’re looking for someone with at least 3 years of direct, hands-on residential construction experience, strong carpentry skills, and the ability to complete assigned work independently.

The Role

You’ll work on residential renovation and improvement projects, taking ownership of assigned tasks from preparation through completion. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in carpentry, practical experience across multiple aspects of residential remodeling, and sound judgment about when to solve a problem independently or ask for direction.

What You’ll Do

• Perform residential remodeling carpentry, including installing doors, trim, baseboards, casing, cabinets, and related finishes.
• Complete framing, blocking, repairs, and preparation needed for renovation projects.
• Contribute to kitchen, bathroom, and other home improvement projects based on your skills and assigned scope.
• Measure accurately, plan installations, and pay close attention to alignment, fit, and finish.
• Review work scopes and clarify details before proceeding.
• Identify underlying issues and communicate recommended solutions to the project manager before covering them up or changing the scope.
• Protect floors, furniture, surrounding finishes, and personal belongings.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and leave the home orderly at the end of each day.
• Communicate respectfully with homeowners and coordinate questions or requested changes with the project manager.
• Inspect your own work, address deficiencies, and complete punch-list items thoroughly.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of direct, hands-on residential construction or remodeling experience.
• Strong carpentry skills , with demonstrated ability in finish carpentry and residential installations.
• Ability to complete assigned work independently after reviewing the scope and expectations.
• Attention to detail and a clear understanding of what quality finished work looks like.
• Sound judgment when working with existing homes, uneven surfaces, and unexpected conditions.
• Professionalism and respect when working in occupied homes.
• Reliable transportation to job sites throughout the Greater St. Louis area.
• Dependable attendance, clear communication, and accountability for your work.
• Basic power tools required
• Smartphone required
• Valid driver’s license required
• Experience with HouseCall Pro preferred, but not required

Preferred: Experience with homeowner remodeling projects, kitchen and bathroom renovations, cabinet installation, drywall finishing, flooring, or tile.

You understand the assignment, prepare the right materials, and complete quality work with limited oversight. You check your work before calling it finished, communicate issues early, and help the crew meet project deadlines.

• $26.00 to $30.00 per hour, based on experience and competencies

SCHEDULE

• Full-time
• Typically Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Weekend and after-hours work may be available occasionally, mostly based on candidate preference
