Then you may be our perfect hero!As a valued SERVPRO® Franchise employee, you will receive a competitive pay rate, with opportunity to learn and grow.Responsibilities:Perform the carpentry and labor to complete projects on time and within budget without sacrificing quality or customer satisfaction.Understand project paperwork, including plans, specifications, and change orders.Coordinate work with subcontractors.Verify the accuracy in quantity and measurement of deliveries received. Determine if any deliveries have been damaged.Notify the production manager when major problems arise. Keep the job-site clean.Protect the customer's property.Follow all OSHA and company safety standards.Qualifications:Minimum of five years of carpentry experience.Good working knowledge of all building trades.The ability to interact well with customers and coworkers.A valid driver's license, including a good driving record, is also necessary.Should be available for extended work hours as required.Physical and Work Environment Requirements:Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds and ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistanceWalking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbingAbility to climb ladders and work at ceiling heightsAbility to work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces under buildings)Repetitive pushing/pulling/lifting/carrying objectsAll employees of a SERVPRO® Franchise are hired by, employed by, and under the sole supervision and control of an independently owned and operated SERVPRO® Franchise.
