Junior Developer ServiceNow

Responsibilities

A Kforce client is seeking a Junior Developer ServiceNow in Atlanta, GA.Overview:The ServiceNow Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and supporting ServiceNow solutions with a focus on integrations, IT Service Management (ITSM), and the Configuration Management Database (CMDB). This role works closely with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and well-designed ServiceNow capabilities that support business and operational needs.Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and develop ServiceNow applications, workflows, and scripts across ITSM and CMDB
• Build and support ServiceNow integrations with internal and external systems using APIs, MID Server, and data imports
• Develop and maintain CMDB data models, relationships, and supporting automations
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and product owners to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Troubleshoot issues, resolve defects, and support testing and deployment activities
• Follow ServiceNow best practices and development standards to ensure maintainability and performance
• Document technical designs, configurations, and integration logic

Skills

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow development
• Strong knowledge of ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge)
• Experience with CMDB development, data modeling, and CI relationships
• Experience building ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server)
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs)
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or CIS (ITSM, CMDB, or IntegrationHub)
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale ServiceNow environments
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.


We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
