The VP, Investment Management will lead analysis, monitoring, and reporting on all aspects of investments across the portfolio, with ownership of performance evaluation, valuation, and investor communications.ResponsibilitiesLead investment and fund performance reviews, including financial modeling, pro forma cash flow analysis, and market landscape assessmentsPartner with the Transactions team to evaluate risk/return profile and strategic fit of new investment opportunitiesOwn the quarterly distribution process including aggregating financial data, analyzing performance, and overseeing waterfall calculationsLead valuation processes for investments within the portfolioDrive the evaluation of new opportunities across property sectors and capital structuresOversee preparation of detailed quarterly asset and fund performance reportsReview and contribute to marketing materials including due diligence questionnairesApply for this Position #J-18808-Ljbffr
