Sales Coordinator

Location: Conshohocken, PA Schedule: Hybrid Employment Type: Contract / Contract-to-Hire (adjust as needed) About the Opportunity LHH is partnering with a growing financial services organization seeking a Sales Coordinator / Sales Administrator to support a team of Regional Sales Directors and business development professionals. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, providing exceptional client support, and working in a fast-paced, professional environment. The role offers exposure to the financial services industry while supporting advisor engagement, sales initiatives, and CRM management activities. Key Responsibilities Support Regional Directors and Sales Team members with advisor and client inquiries. Maintain, update, and manage records within Salesforce CRM. Coordinate meetings, follow-up activities, and outreach campaigns. Assist with inbound requests and ensure timely communication with advisors and partners. Research prospective opportunities and gather information to support relationship-building efforts. Collaborate with internal departments including Development, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams. Track sales opportunities, pipeline activity, and business development initiatives. Prepare reports, presentations, and administrative documentation as needed. Provide general sales and administrative support to ensure efficient team operations. Qualifications Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills. Experience in financial services, wealth management, business development, internal sales, sales support, or a related client-facing environment preferred. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. Experience working with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce. Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail. Professional demeanor with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered. What Makes You Successful Highly organized and proactive.
