The Role

We are looking for an Inside Sales and Customer Service Specialist to join our U.S. subsidiary, Sanz Kenway, Inc.

This is an onsite, full-time position focused on driving sales, managing customer orders and providing responsive customer support throughout the sales process.

You will play an important role in developing customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities and ensuring that orders are accurately processed and delivered on time, while working closely with internal teams and external partners.

You will also be responsible for supporting customers with product information, managing customer claims and ensuring a high level of service throughout the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute outbound sales campaigns to promote SANZ Clima products and identify new sales opportunities.
• Provide customers with information about product features, pricing and benefits .
• Answer incoming calls from prospective and existing customers and provide timely support.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in Salesforce CRM .
• Receive and accurately input customer orders into SAP .
• Coordinate the shipment of sales orders with freight companies and ensure proper delivery to customers.
• Manage and follow up on customer claims , coordinating with the relevant internal teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing responsive and personalized service.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure customer requirements are properly addressed.
• Support the sales process from initial customer contact through order processing and delivery.

What We're Looking For

• Vocational training or intermediate-level studies.
• Experience in sales, telemarketing or marketing campaigns .
• Experience working with Salesforce or a similar CRM platform .
• Experience within bus manufacturers, OEM organizations or suppliers in the automotive industry is desirable.
• Strong ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively .
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills .
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build good rapport with customers .
• Good problem-solving and solution-oriented skills .
• Assertiveness and a customer-focused approach.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office .
• Ability to work effectively in an onsite environment .
