Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, conducting, and evaluating scheduled activities within our successful Activities Department
- Lead group activities and maintain attendance records
- Collect oral histories and complete patient assessments, progress notes, and care plans as directed by the Activities Director
- Maintain a positive and supportive environment for patients and staff
