Oracle Cloud ERP Architect

RESPONSIBILITIES: OpenKyber has a client that is seeking an Oracle HCM Solution Architect in Raleigh, NC. Summary: We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Solutions Architect to serve as a strategic advisor and hands-on subject matter expert across Oracle Cloud HCM. This individual will bridge the gap between business stakeholders, HRIS, and technical teams by designing scalable solutions, guiding configuration decisions, supporting security architecture, and providing oversight for integrations and platform capabilities. The ideal candidate combines deep Oracle HCM functional expertise with strong technical acumen and can lead solution design across complex HCM environments. Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with HR, HRIS, and business leaders to understand requirements and translate them into Oracle Cloud HCM solutions
• Lead solution architecture across Core HR, Security, Time & Labor, Absence, Benefits, Payroll, Talent Management, and Recruiting
• Provide guidance on Oracle best practices, future-state design, and process optimization
• Design and review HCM security models, custom roles, and data access strategies
• Support Redwood adoption, configuration decisions, and security impacts
• Provide architectural oversight for integrations, data conversions, HDL/HSDL processes, and HCM Extracts
• Collaborate with implementation partners and delivery teams to ensure alignment with business objectives
• Troubleshoot complex functional and technical issues across the Oracle HCM platform
• Establish governance, standards, and documentation to support long-term scalability and supportability

• 10+ years of Oracle HCM experience, with 5+ years of Oracle Cloud HCM
• Deep expertise across Core HR and Security
• Experience supporting Time & Labor, Absence, Benefits, Payroll, Talent, or Recruiting modules
• Experience with Redwood functionality and security impacts
• Strong understanding of HCM security architecture, custom roles, and access controls
• Working knowledge of OIC, HCM Extracts, HDL/HSDL, OTBI, BI Publisher, and Fast Formulas
• Strong stakeholder management and requirements gathering skills
• Ability to lead solution workshops and influence business and technical teams

• Techno-functional consulting or solution architecture background
• Full life-cycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementation experience
• Experience supporting post-production environments and large enterprise organizations

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave. Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains with OpenKyber's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
