About the Role:
Join NORTH AMERICAN LAND DEVELOPMENT as a Security Guard in Monroe, LA, where your vigilance and dedication will help maintain a safe environment for our team and clients. Responsibilities:

Monitor and secure premises by patrolling assigned areas regularly.
Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
Enforce company policies and regulations to maintain a safe environment.
Prepare and submit detailed reports on incidents and daily activities.
Assist in the training of new security personnel as needed.
Collaborate with local law enforcement when necessary.
Maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with staff and visitors.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional security training is a plus.
Proven experience as a security guard or similar role.
Valid security guard license in Louisiana.
Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Physical fitness and ability to stand for extended periods.
