We're seeking a customer-focused Systems Engineer, Technical Sales Specialist to join our growing team. As a Systems Engineer, you'll serve as the technical advisor to our sales organization, designing and presenting enterprise datacenter solutions that include servers, storage, networking, virtualization, security, and software. You'll work closely with customers, manufacturers, and internal teams to deliver solutions that solve complex business challenges. What You'll Do Design comprehensive datacenter solutions including servers, storage, networking, virtualization, and software. Partner with the sales team throughout the pre-sales process, providing technical expertise and solution recommendations. Deliver customer presentations, technical demonstrations, and solution architecture discussions. Develop bills of materials (BOMs), technical documentation, and solution specifications. Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers and channel partners. Research emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to meet customer needs. Collaborate with project management and implementation teams to ensure successful solution delivery. Evaluate project risks, timelines, and resource requirements during solution design. Maintain current industry knowledge and manufacturer certifications. Support additional technical initiatives as assigned. Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Five (5) or more years of experience designing enterprise datacenter infrastructure and solutions. Strong knowledge of servers, storage, networking, virtualization, operating systems, and enterprise software. Experience presenting technical solutions in customer-facing environments. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
