Too many great businesses are undervalued or misunderstood simply because there's no reliable way to assess their operational strength. TrueSpace is changing that by building longitudinal intelligence infrastructure for the private SMB market, giving businesses the tools to understand, improve, and demonstrate how they operate over time. With deep roots in Colorado's entrepreneurial ecosystem and a growing network of capital and ecosystem partners, TrueSpace is at an inflection point: the product is real, the partnerships are in place, and now it's time to build the brand to match. As TrueSpace's Senior Marketing Manager, you will own the marketing function end-to-end, setting strategy, building messaging, and executing campaigns that generate qualified interest and earn trust across three distinct audiences: business owners, ecosystem partners, and capital partners. You will work hand-in-hand with the leadership team and cross-functional partners to ensure marketing reflects the real customer experience and the story stays consistent and compelling at every touchpoint. You are a seasoned B2B marketer who thrives in lean, high-ownership environments where strategy and execution are equally yours to lead. With a natural gift for translating complex ideas into clear, compelling messaging, you are comfortable presenting to founders and rolling up your sleeves to get things done. Energized by building something meaningful from the ground up, this role is for someone who is ready to jump in, own the full marketing function, and start making an impact from day one.
