Junior Sales Associate (Part-Time)
\n \nLocation: Bal Harbour Shops, Miami, Florida
\nContract: Fixed-term, mid-October 2026 to end of February 2027
\nHours: Part-time, including weekends and event evenings
\nReports to: Boutique Manager
\n \nBoghossian is a fine and high jewellery house with over 150 years of family heritage. We are opening a seasonal boutique at Bal Harbour Shops for the Miami winter season and are recruiting for the duration of the pop-up.
\n \nThe Role
\nA part-time supporting sales role for someone early in their career in luxury, working alongside our senior team and growing into selling independently.
\n \nResponsibilities
\n• Welcome clients and support the senior associate during appointments
\n• Build product knowledge and sell independently as the season progresses
\n• Record client details and preferences accurately
\n• Handle, clean and present pieces with care
\n• Maintain displays, boutique presentation and daily opening and closing routines
\n• Assist with stock counts, deliveries, packaging and after-sales paperwork
\n• Support event set-up and hosting
\n \nRequirements
\n• 1-3 years' experience in luxury retail, jewellery, watches or high-end hospitality
\n• Genuine interest in jewellery and gemstones
\n• Polished, reliable and discreet
\n• Organised, with good attention to detail
\n• Fluent English
\n• Authorised to work in the United States
\n• Available for the full contract period, with weekend availability and some flexibility during peak weeks.

\nCompetitive hourly rate plus commission (to be confirmed).
