We are seeking a thoughtful, culturally sensitive, and evidence-based Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) to join our high-performing clinical team. Why Join Us? What You’ll Do Deliver High-Quality Care: Provide evidence-based, short-term and longitudinal tele-therapy to Galileo patients within your state(s) of licensure, conducting targeted 30- to 45-minute sessions. Collaborate Multidisciplinary: Act as the behavioral health expert within a tight-knit medical team, collaborating with primary care and specialty providers to optimize patient outcomes. Manage Varied Acuity: Comfortably navigate a range of clinical presentations, providing sophisticated diagnostic impressions, treatment planning, and safety planning/crisis intervention for higher-risk patients when necessary. Leverage Modern Health Tech: Utilize Galileo’s proprietary data and technology platform to track patient outcomes, streamline documentation, and optimize the delivery of care. About You You are a passionate, outcomes-driven psychologist who is excited to fix the broken landscape of mental health. We would love to hear from you if you have the following or equivalent experience 5+ years experience with providing teletherapy (text-based, video, phone) and integrating technology and data into practice/care provision Trained with evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT) Comfortable with providing safety planning and intervention during situations where a client might present with higher risks Licensed and credentialed to support patients with clinical concerns such as anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma A doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) is required Active PsyPact license It's a bonus if you are professionally fluent in Spanish including reading, writing, speaking, and understanding the cultural nuances for native Spanish speakers in a medical setting Compensation & Schedule Rate: Hourly rate equivalent up to $150,000 annually, pro-rated based on hours and employment type (W2 vs 1099) Hours: Flexible part-time schedules available. Dependent on licensure, we can offer schedules ranging from 10 to 30 hours/week. Physical Requirements This is a primarily sedentary, remote position. Physical requirements include manual dexterity, visual acuity for screen usage (8+ hours/day), keyboarding, and the ability to hear, understand, and distinguish speech.
