Role Description This part‑time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) role is a hybrid position based in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area, with a combination of on‑site and work‑from‑home responsibilities. The BCBA will conduct functional behavior assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and design behavior intervention programs based on applied behavior analysis principles. Day‑to‑day tasks include supervising behavior technicians, monitoring treatment fidelity, analyzing data to evaluate progress, and adjusting interventions as needed. The role also involves collaborating with families and caregivers through parent education, providing training on behavior management strategies, and maintaining clear, timely documentation. The BCBA will work closely with interdisciplinary partners to support client goals in home, school, and community settings. Qualifications Demonstrated expertise in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis, including assessment, intervention design, and data‑driven decision‑making. Active Georgia LBA. Strong background in Psychology and Behavior Management to address a range of behavioral and developmental needs. Experience in Parent Education and caregiver training to support generalization and maintenance of skills in natural environments. Current BCBA certification and adherence to professional and ethical standards set by the BACB. Experience working with children, adolescents, or adults with developmental or behavioral differences in clinical, home, or school settings. Ability to interpret and present data clearly, write concise treatment reports, and use electronic health record or practice management systems. Effective communication, collaboration, and cultural humility when working with diverse clients and families.
