Job Title: Corporate Paralegal

Location: Burbank, CA

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000

We are a diversified organization that operates across multiple business sectors and maintains a complex corporate structure with both domestic and international operations. We are seeking a Corporate Paralegal to join our legal team and support a wide range of corporate, governance, compliance, and transactional matters. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with attorneys, business leaders, and cross-functional teams while playing a key role in maintaining corporate records and supporting strategic initiatives.

• Support corporate governance activities, including preparation of resolutions, maintenance of corporate records, annual filings, and entity management.

• Assist with contract administration.

• Provide support for corporate transactions.

• Prepare and coordinate regulatory filings, business registrations, annual reports, and other corporate compliance requirements.

• Maintain organized legal records and support document retention, audit preparation, and information management processes.

• Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate.

• 4+ years of experience in a corporate paralegal role.

• Experience supporting corporate governance and entity management.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.

• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.

• Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions.

• Familiarity with domestic and international entity management.

• Exposure to intellectual property matters.

• Experience working within a multi-entity, global organization.
