Afterschool Program Site Supervisor

Are you an organized, people-loving leader who believes in the power of relationships, structure, and fun to help youth thrive? Do you want to make a real difference in your community while leading a team and building a positive culture for kids?
Firewall Centers is seeking an organized, energetic, and mission-driven Site Supervisor to lead one of our afterschool programs. In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll manage daily site operations, support and coach a team, and help create a safe, fun, and structured environment where students can succeed.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support a team of part-time mentors.
Oversee daily program operations, curriculum, and enrichment activities.
Build strong relationships with students, families, and school partners.
Promote a positive, high-energy culture aligned with Firewall’s mission.
Ensure accurate data, reporting, and compliance with program standards.
Qualifications
High School Diploma required; College Degree preferred.
Experience working with children (Grades range from K-12th depending on school) .
