About the Opportunity
Our client is seeking an experienced Full-Charge Bookkeeper to take ownership of day-to-day accounting operations in a hands-on role. This position works closely with leadership to ensure accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and timely completion of all accounting functions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, small-team environment with a high level of responsibility.

• Manage full-cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
  
  
• The Bookkeeper will perform bank and credit card reconciliations on a regular basis
  
  
• Maintain and update the general ledger and ensure accurate financial records
  
  
• Prepare and post journal entries and support month-end close activities
  
  
• The Bookkeeper will process cash applications and assist with collections efforts
  
  
• Maintain vendor records and communicate with vendors as needed
  
  
• Assist with payroll processing and related reporting functions
  
  
• The Bookkeeper will prepare and assist with sales tax filings and compliance requirements
  
  
• Support financial reporting and assist with audit preparation
  
  
• Maintain accounting systems and ensure data integrity across all records
  
  

• 3+ years of bookkeeping or full-cycle accounting experience required
  
  
• Strong understanding of AP, AR, general ledger, and reconciliations
  
  
• QuickBooks Online experience required
  
  
• Basic to intermediate Excel skills required
  
  
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy
  
  
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
  
  
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
