Location: Port Charlotte, FL
Shift: All Shifts Available
Pay Rate: Up to $31 per hour (based on experience)

Sun Harbor is seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our skilled nursing team. If you’re passionate about delivering high-quality resident-centered care in a supportive, team-oriented environment, we’d love to meet you.

• Provide exceptional nursing care in accordance with individualized resident care plans

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and in compliance with facility policies

• Monitor, assess, and document residents’ health status, reporting changes promptly

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and update care plans

• Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough medical documentation

• Foster a warm, respectful, and supportive environment for residents and their families

• Current and active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Florida

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in long-term care or rehabilitation preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-based setting
