**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**

* Conduct outbound calling campaigns to identify and engage potential candidates for business development roles across various industries
* Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track candidate interactions, update candidate profiles, and manage recruitment pipelines effectively
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective candidates through warm calling and personalized communication strategies
* Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and tailor sourcing strategies accordingly
* Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates’ skills in negotiation, communication, and customer service capabilities
* Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a smooth recruitment process
* Leverage marketing techniques to promote our employer brand and attract high-quality applicants in competitive markets

**Skills**

* Proven experience in full cycle recruiting.
* Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence potential clients and candidates effectively
* Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with a professional and engaging demeanor. Spanish/Bi-lingual are encoraged to apply.
* Familiarity with software to manage candidate data efficiently
* Ability to conduct outbound calling campaigns confidently while maintaining a positive attitude during warm calling activities
* Knowledge of marketing principles related to talent acquisition and employer branding strategies
* Customer service orientation with a knack for building rapport quickly and maintaining long-term relationships
