Groundskeepers play an important role in keeping our apartment communities clean, attractive, and welcoming for residents, prospective residents, and visitors. This is a hands-on position for someone who takes pride in maintaining the appearance of the community and enjoys staying active throughout the workday. Responsibilities may include:Maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of community grounds and common areasPicking up litter and debris throughout the propertyKeeping sidewalks, parking areas, breezeways, and other exterior areas cleanAssisting with basic landscaping and grounds maintenanceMaintaining pool and recreational areasCleaning and preparing common areas for residents and prospective residentsAssisting the maintenance team with projects and apartment turns as neededIdentifying and reporting maintenance or safety concernsHelping ensure the community remains clean, attractive, and well-maintainedPerforming physically active work outdoors in varying weather conditionsWhat we look for? You don't need previous apartment maintenance or property management experience to be considered for an entry-level Groundskeeper opportunity.
