Role Description

ModernWell is seeking a highly motivated full-time General Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, manage a talented team, and ensure an exceptional member experience. The General Manager will lead operational planning, manage budgets, and oversee staffing and resource allocation. Collaboration with the leadership team to develop strategies for enhancing the overall experience and ensuring consistent community engagement is expected. This is an on-site role based in Minneapolis, MN, and will also require some time spent at the Wayzata location.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in leadership, management, and team development
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
• Ability to craft strategies, manage budgets, and ensure operational efficiency
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an emphasis on building positive relationships
• Experience in hospitality, coworking spaces, or community management is a plus
• A passion for creating collaborative and inclusive environments that prioritize member satisfaction and support
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred
