DevOps Engineer

Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Cloud / DevOps Engineer to support large-scale cloud initiatives, including migration from on-premises infrastructure to cloud platforms. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and GitOps practices, and will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining modern cloud-native solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure on AWS.
- Lead and support on-premises to cloud migration initiatives.
- Implement, manage, and optimize Kubernetes clusters for containerized workloads.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as ArgoCD and Spinnaker.
- Drive GitOps practices and automation across development and production environments.
- Collaborate closely with application, security, and architecture teams.
- Monitor system performance, reliability, and cost optimization.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure, deployment, and operational issues.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to DevOps best practices and standards.
- 10+ years of experience in infrastructure, DevOps, or cloud engineering roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, EKS, VPC, IAM, S3, etc.).
- Deep expertise in Kubernetes (deployment, scaling, networking, security).
- Solid experience with ArgoCD and Spinnaker .
- Proven experience migrating workloads from on-premises to cloud .
- Strong knowledge of Linux , networking, and system administration.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and containerization .
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Strong ownership and leadership mindset
- Ability to work across cross-functional teams
- Focus on automation, reliability, and scalability
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Mentorship and collaboration
- AWS certifications (Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer, etc.)
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch)
- Knowledge of cloud security best practices
- Experience working in large enterprise environments
