Our Richmond team is expanding quickly, and we’re looking for motivated agents who are ready to increase their production and take advantage of the massive number of leads our team generates every month. We provide the tools, systems, coaching, and support — so you can focus on converting opportunities and closing deals.
This is an ideal opportunity for agents who are driven, coachable, and ready to plug into a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Compensation:$75,000 - $150,000+ commission based
Responsibilities:What You’ll Do
- Meet with motivated buyers and sellers daily
- Guide clients through the entire real estate process
- Follow up consistently using CRM systems and proven workflows
- Deliver a 5-star client experience that generates referrals
- Host open houses (leads provided)
- Keep your calendar full with pre-set appointments
- Participate in weekly training and team development sessions
- Build long-term relationships that drive repeat business
- Active Virginia Real Estate License (required)
- Full-time availability and commitment to sales success
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Coachable, motivated, and goal-driven mindset
- Highly organized with strong follow-through
- Positive attitude and solution-focused approach
- Sales experience preferred but not required
