Randstad is looking for experienced High Reach Forklift Operators to join a world-class logistics team supporting a major global technology leader at their state-of-the-art facility in Olathe. Key Responsibilities Precision Operation: Expertly operate a Stand-Up Reach Truck to pull and put away pallets in narrow-aisle racking (heights up to 30ft). Inventory Accuracy: Use RF scanners to perform real-time inventory transactions with 100% accuracy. Quality Control: Inspect inbound shipments for damage and verify piece counts against packing slips. Safety Excellence: Adhere to strict "No-Damage" policies and maintain a clean, organized "7S" workspace. Required Qualifications Experience: At least 1-2 years of recent experience on a Stand-Up Reach Truck. Technical Skills: Proficient with RF scanners and basic computer entry. Reliability: Must have a consistent work history and a "Safety-First" mindset. Physical: Ability to stand for the duration of a shift and lift up to 50 lbs. Screening: Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen. Work Environment This facility operates under a "Professional Logistics" standard. You will be expected to maintain high productivity while ensuring the integrity of expensive technology hardware.
