Occupational Therapist - School Based

Occupational Therapist – School Based AB Staffing is looking for experienced Occupational Therapists (OT) for the upcoming 2026/2027 school year. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy from an accredited college or university Must possess or be eligible for an Occupational Therapist License in the State of Washington At least one year of relevant work experience in a school and/or pediatric setting(s) preferred BLS/CPR Certificate Job Description Caseload and details of position/classroom type will differ based on school location. Contract through the 2026/2027 school year - 37.5 to 40 hours per week. Contract follows the academic district calendar. Duties Evaluate patients by observing their movements, performing standardized tests, and listening to their concerns to establish an individualized plan of care Competent care rendered to patients Use exercises, stretching, equipment, modalities, and hands-on therapy to manage patients’ pain, increase mobility, and prevent further pain and injury Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with patients and motivate them to reach their goals Provide continuity of care by communicating pertinent patient information with the rehab team, physicians, and other disciplines as needed Document all patient care in accordance with department policies Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations; and adhering to infection-control policies and protocols Salary $2,062 - $2,362 per week Benefits Competitive Benefits Package Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance plans available 401(k) and Flex Spending available Paid vacation time upon eligibility Referral bonuses WEEKLY Direct Deposit AB Staffing Solutions, LLC is an EOE, including disability/vets. #J-18808-Ljbffr AB Staffing Solutions
