Location: Austin, Texas (Onsite)

Role Overview

We are seeking an Office Manager to support day-to-day office operations. This role involves a combination of administrative duties, equipment management, and maintaining a professional and efficient office environment. The position requires a proactive individual with strong customer service skills who can adapt to a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support for designated leaders and teams.
  • Greet visitors, maintain visitor logs, and issue passes as required.
  • Receive incoming calls, route them to the appropriate contacts, and take messages.
  • Manage high-volume telephone traffic via a multi-line phone system.
  • Receive tickets for desk equipment setups, order necessary equipment, and allocate costs to the correct team budget.
  • Receive, log, and transport equipment to different offices; install monitors, docking stations, keyboards, and mice.
  • Perform cable management and remove old equipment from desks.
  • Ensure office equipment and supplies are ordered, stocked, and maintained.
  • Correspond with building maintenance and vendors for repairs and other service requests.
  • Ensure facilities are properly maintained and work with the facilities team to resolve issues.
Required Qualifications

Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint. Familiarity with standard office equipment such as copiers and fax machines is also required.

Professional Attributes: The ideal candidate will demonstrate a professional demeanor, the ability to multitask, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. This person must maintain confidentiality, work well within a team, and possess strong customer service skills. The role requires following standard procedures and referring complex questions to higher levels.
