ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative with Rick Buckner State Farm, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforces the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a great fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

ABOUT THE AGENCY

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Quote and sell Property & Casualty and eventually Life & Health policies
• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have a current Property & Casualty License
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service/sales experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish/English required

TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT

• We provide continued training and development courses to help hone your skills as a licensed insurance professional.
• We will provide courses to obtain your Life & Health license with the State of New Mexico with all associated cost paid.
