Position Summary The Financial Services Representative is the face of World Finance, guiding customers on their financial journey while supporting the Branch Manager in day‑to‑day branch operations. What you’ll do Guide customers toward upward credit mobility through sound financial choices. Provide top‑tier customer service, answering questions, resolving concerns, and recommending products. Process and prepare loan applications, take & process payments, and execute loan closings on renewal loans. Balance the assigned cash drawer daily and complete daily branch bank deposits, including transport of money to and from the bank. Maintain strong customer relationships and foster a sense of community within the branch. Close approved and unmade loan applications daily. Assist in building tax clientele and provide tax services. Send complete and accurate credit denial letters within 30 days of application. Pay branch expenses as instructed by the Branch Manager. Qualifications & Requirements Basic computer skills. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for bank deposit transport and other duties. Self‑confidence, strong organizational skills, and a proven ability to help others with kindness and compassion. Team player who embraces quality‑driven solutions and new ideas.
