Core Practice & Responsibilities Advise ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) individuals, business owners, and multi-generational families on complex estate planning, tax minimization, asset protection and succession strategies. Provide sophisticated fractional and outsourced family office services, multi-generational wealth governance and strategic structuring. Build and manage deep, enduring relationships with prominent families, acting as a key confidant across complex legal, financial and personal dynamics. Candidate Qualifications & Mindset Demonstrates a true abundance mindset—driven primarily by purpose, client impact and mission-aligned work rather than immediate financial maximization (with an understanding that compensation reflects performance and value).
