Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients experiencing major mental health issues and severe emotional disorders through telehealth methods.

• Conduct brief and developmentally appropriate screenings while facilitating subsequent comprehensive assessments as necessary.

• Deliver evidence-based treatment interventions, including individual, group, and family therapy, aimed at fostering recovery and resilience.

• Engage in crisis intervention strategies, working to de-escalate situations to ensure client and community safety.

• Maintain accurate documentation, including timely completion of clinical reports and compliance with agency policies to enhance operational effectiveness.

• Provide on-call services during designated hours to ensure continuous support for clients in need.

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives by contributing to committees that evaluate and enhance service delivery.

The clients you will serve at Harbor Crest primarily belong to underserved communities, often dealing with complex mental health challenges. These may include, but are not limited to, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and trauma-related conditions. Your role will be vital in building therapeutic relationships and facilitating access to care that contributes to improved mental health outcomes in these vulnerable populations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a closely related field is required.

• Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification in the state of California is a prerequisite.

Compensation and Benefits\n
