QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER – MACHINE PARTS
Position Overview
We are seeking experienced Quality Control Managers to oversee quality operations and lead quality assurance efforts at our West Chester, Pennsylvania facility. This is a leadership role with responsibility for quality standards, compliance, and team management. Multiple shifts available.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee quality control operations and inspections
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards
- Conduct audits and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485
- Lead quality assurance team and provide direction
- Review blueprints and technical specifications
- Identify quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Maintain detailed quality records and documentation
- Work with production teams to resolve quality concerns
Requirements
- 5+ years quality control/assurance experience
- Proficiency with quality inspection tools and equipment
- Strong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards
- Leadership and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
Compensation
- Hourly Rate: $32.75 – $45.00/hour
- Annual Equivalent: $65,000 – $90,000/year
- Full benefits package
