Food Production Associate

Typical Roles and Responsibilities: Meat Cutter (1st Shift): Remove primal cuts from the primal cut line and bone out/trim according to specifications. Cut and trim special cuts, remove skin, fat, bones, and blood clots. Follow USDA, HACCP, and GMP standards. Maintain safety rules and communicate concerns to supervisors. Handle products and equipment safely; keep pace with production speed. Skills required: basic math, communication, knife skills, ability to follow directions. Production Worker: Perform tasks in a fast-paced environment, learning and mastering multiple processes. Support production goals and maintain quality standards. Work in a family-friendly, supportive environment with experienced team members. Warehouse Associate: Manage inventory and order fulfillment in a warehouse setting. Work flexible shifts, including third shift. Collaborate with supervisors and team members.
