You’ll divide your time between Lake Forest Elementary and Woodmont Middle School, gaining exposure to varied caseloads while collaborating with an enthusiastic, well-supported team. Key Qualifications:

• Active South Carolina SLP License and SC Educator Certification are required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) highly desired
• Prior experience in school settings is strongly preferred
• SLP Clinical Fellows (CFs) may be considered based on district needs; SLPAs unfortunately not eligible
• Ability to work full-time (37.5 hours per week) for the duration of the school year, including planning days as needed
• Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive speech and language services to students in both elementary and middle school environments
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and document student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize each student’s potential
• Engage in district-offered system training and utilize available resources/materials
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to an inclusive learning community
