Azure Infrastructure Engineer

Job Description We're looking for a skilled Infrastructure Engineer to support the deployment and management of critical cloud infrastructure for federal clients. You'll work with Azure Key Vault , Storage , Networking , and AVD to ensure high availability and security in compliance with federal standards. This is a unique opportunity to deepen your cloud infrastructure expertise while supporting essential government operations in a collaborative, compliance-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: Deploy, manage, and maintain core cloud infrastructure in alignment with the Cloud Adoption Framework . Work with foundational Azure services, including Management Groups , Azure Key Vault , Storage , Networking , and Virtual WANs . Set up and manage Azure Virtual Networks (NSGs) , ensuring security and scalability. Oversee Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) , host pools, and manage FSLogix profiles to enable smooth and secure virtual desktop experience. Implement and manage Azure Logging and Monitoring for continuous insight into infrastructure health. Required Skills Knowledge of core Azure services , including Key Vault , Storage , and Networking/Virtual WANs . Experience with Management Groups and Azure Policy for governance and resource management. Familiarity with AVD management, particularly handling host pools and FSLogix for persistent desktop environments. Expertise in Azure Logging and Monitoring for diagnostics and operational visibility. Desired Skills Additional Skills (Nice to Have): Familiarity with Power Platform for low-code application development. Knowledge of AOAI embedded features (Azure OpenAI integration).
