Nuvance Health Medical Practice, affiliated with Danbury Hospital, is seeking a full-time Primary Care Physician for their well-established Brookfield office, located in suburban Fairfield County, Connecticut. This is an outstanding opportunity to practice patient-centered primary care in a highly regarded practice that has served the community for over 35 years. The role offers a collegial environment with a high-performing team and a focus on clinician wellness. Practice Info Practice sees all ages of adults and pediatrics. Staff includes 8 providers (Physicians and Advance Practice Provider colleagues) and excellent support staff. Office is a completely new facility with spacious exam rooms and dedicated office space. Utilizes a state-of-the-art Electronic Health Record fully integrated across all hospitals and ambulatory sites. One of the first practices in the area to be awarded a Level 3 certification for PCMH. Committed to undergraduate medical education with many clinicians precepting medical students from the University of Vermont. Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive, team-based care for a diverse adult patient population. Partner with skilled multidisciplinary staff to manage acute and chronic conditions. Promote wellness across an entire panel of patients. Compensation Salary Range: $275,000 - $285,000 dependent upon experience.
