Job Description Job Description Front Desk Medical Receptionist Exeeda Wellness Location: Annandale, VA (On-site) Schedule: Part-time, 5 days a week Competitive Compensation * Korean Proficiency Preferred Position Overview: Exeeda Wellness is seeking a part-time Medical Receptionist / Front Desk Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a healthcare or geriatric setting, with excellent proficiency in typing, technology use, and communication. This role is critical to patient intake, scheduling, insurance processing, and overall clinic workflow. Key Responsibilities Front desk operations in an outpatient medical clinic Patient check-in, check-out, and appointment scheduling Insurance verification, eligibility checks, and benefit confirmation Support medical billing processes Collect co-pays and process front-desk payments Maintain accurate patient records in EMR/EHR systems Answer multi-line phones and manage patient communication in Korean and English Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure efficient patient flow Ensure compliance with HIPAA and clinic policies Required Qualifications Excellent computer and typing skills.
