Ziegler Gardner, PLLC is seeking a full-time Paralegal / Legal Administrative Assistant to join our litigation practice. This position will include extensive collaboration with firm attorneys and staff and attention to detail. Clients include international and regional architecture, engineering, and land surveying firms; leading heavy civil contractors; and single and multi-family real estate developers located in Texas and throughout the United States. This is a hybrid position that allows some remote work and requires some in-office attendance. Requirements and qualifications: Key Responsibilities: Draft shells of pleadings, discovery, and orders Accurately calendar all case-related deadlines Assist with preparations for trials, mediations, and depositions Submit e-filings with various courts Assist with digital file management and organization Successfully meet deadlines and provide high-quality work product Run conflict checks and open new matters Qualifications: Prior similar law firm experience preferred Proficiency with electronic filing in state and federal courts Experience with electronic case management systems and organizing electronic case files Proficiency with verbal and written communication Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, Ability to learn new software, processes, and procedures Ziegler Gardner offers competitive compensation, bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401K, and more. #J-18808-Ljbffr Ziegler Gardner Bell
