In this role, you will work directly with customers to resolve past due accounts while delivering a professional and respectful experience. This is a great opportunity to build a long-term career in a stable, performance-driven environment.

Training Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Hours of Operation: Monday to Friday 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

This is an onsite role based in: 1684 Woodlands Drive, Maumee, OH 43537

As a First Party Collections Agent, you will:

• Manage inbound and outbound calls to collect on past due consumer and commercial accounts
• Work with customers to resolve balances on credit cards and loan accounts
• Maintain compliance while delivering a professional and empathetic experience
• Meet performance goals for quality, productivity, and adherence
• Handle a daily caseload and prioritize tasks effectively

• Ability to handle sensitive conversations with professionalism and empathy
