Job Title: Pharmacist (PRN) – Contract to Hire Pay rate: 64.27 an hr Location: Hudson, WI 54016 (Onsite) Job Type: PRN / As-Needed (Contract to Hire) Overview A-Line Staffing is hiring a PRN Pharmacist in Hudson, WI. This is an onsite, contract-to-hire opportunity supporting pharmacy operations including dispensing, patient counseling, compounding, and supervising pharmacy staff. Schedule (PRN / As Needed) Weekdays: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Weekends: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM Coverage needs: weekend + PTO coverage Requirement: 2 scheduled weekend shifts per month (4-week rotation) On-call: 3–4 evenings per week After-hours on call when pharmacy is closed: Weekdays: 6:00 PM – 10:00 AM After-hours on call when pharmacy is closed: Weekends: 4:00 PM – 12:00 PM On-Call Pay $75 per on-call night $75 per dispensing/on-call order Bonus $1,000 bonus after the employee is on payroll for 30 days from hire. Responsibilities Dispense prescription medications and ensure compliance with applicable laws/regulations Maintain accurate, confidential patient and pharmacy records Counsel patients on medication use, side effects, storage, dosage, and interactions Provide consultation on prescription and non-prescription medications Support clinical services (as applicable) such as smoking cessation, BP checks, cholesterol management Educate patients on medical devices (e.g., blood pressure monitors, glucose meters) Compound medications (non-sterile compounding preferred) Supervise pharmacy staff (technicians/clerks) and manage inventory Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals Requirements Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) Active Wisconsin Pharmacist license (in good standing) Experience with on-call/overnight coverage strongly preferred Non-sterile compounding experience preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
