Garden City Cottages is currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. We have Full-Time (FT), Part-Time (PT), and PRN opportunities available , all with a starting wage of $16.00 per hour . Position Summary

As a CNA at Garden City Cottages, you will play a vital role in supporting residents with daily living activities while promoting dignity, independence, and quality of life. We are seeking caring individuals who are committed to delivering outstanding resident-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Assist with transfers and ambulation while following proper safety procedures.
• Monitor residents and report changes in condition to nursing staff.
• Take and document vital signs as directed.
• Respond promptly to resident call lights and requests.
• Assist with meals, hydration, and resident comfort needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation and resident records.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
• Work collaboratively with nurses, caregivers, and other team members.

Qualifications

• Current Kansas CNA certification.
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to provide quality care while maintaining resident dignity and respect.
• Previous healthcare experience is preferred but not required.
