Location: Connecticut and Southeast Florida will be considered PKF Investment Banking ( is seeking an experienced Managing Director to join our growing M&A advisory practice. This role offers a high degree of autonomy for a senior banker who excels at client development, transaction leadership, and relationship-driven advisory work. At PKF Investment Banking, we are focused on providing the highest level of M&A advisory services to privately held family- and founder-owned companies with revenue between $15 million and $350 million in a diverse group of industries. Our practice is built around senior-level execution, thoughtful advice, and customized transaction processes designed to meet the specific needs of business owners. Primary Responsibilities Originate and execute sell-side and strategic M&A transactions for privately owned companies Serve as a trusted advisor to founders, entrepreneurs, and family-owned businesses Lead transaction teams through all phases of the M&A process Develop and maintain long-term senior-level client relationships Contribute to business development initiatives and firm growth strategies Mentor and develop junior team members Qualifications 15+ years of investment banking experience, with a strong focus on middle market M&A Demonstrated success in transaction origination and execution Established business community network Strong leadership, judgment, and client management skills Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or equivalent preferred Series 63 and 79 licenses Compensation & Benefits An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, and business or organizational needs.
