This is not a traditional corporate recruiting position. Our Executive Recruiters operate much like business owners: developing client relationships, identifying and recruiting high-caliber talent, managing the search process, and earning commissions based on the business they build.

What You'll Do

As an Executive Recruiter, you'll manage both the client and candidate sides of the executive search process.

You'll be responsible for:

• Developing new client relationships through prospecting, networking, and business development
• Building and managing relationships with existing clients
• Learning your clients' businesses, hiring needs, and industries
• Identifying and recruiting qualified professionals for open positions
• Conducting candidate outreach and screening conversations
• Presenting qualified candidates to clients
• Managing candidates and clients throughout the interview and hiring process
• Negotiating and closing successful placements
• Building a long-term network of clients and candidates within your specialty
• Growing your own book of business within The Boston Group

Previous executive recruiting experience is not required . We're interested in people with the drive, communication skills, resilience, and business mindset necessary to learn the industry and build a successful desk.

Compensation

This is a commission-driven position designed for individuals who are comfortable tying their earning potential to their performance.

• New hires receive a minimum-wage draw against future commissions while developing their business. Recruiters earn approximately 30% to 40% of the revenue they generate , creating significant earning potential as their business grows.
• Average OTE: $60,000 - $80,000/yr

Because this compensation structure differs from a traditional salaried recruiting position, candidates should be comfortable working in a performance-based environment before applying.

Schedule & Location

This is a hybrid position. New hires are expected to work from the office at least three days per week while developing their business and participating in training and team collaboration.
