Key Responsibilities Support specific project and program objectives as defined in the areas of responsibility, and complete necessary preliminary activities (e.g., determination of outcomes, milestones, viability studies, and resource planning). Ensure that assigned projects and programs are completed in accordance with predetermined requirements, with specific attention to product/process specifications, project/program costs, resource utilization, and timeliness for completion. Document all phases of project, program, and/or process development, and report, disseminate, or transfer required information to other functional areas. Ensure compliance with Company policies regarding engineering and laboratory notebooks, patents, confidentiality, and safety. Undertake studies of new technologies, as appropriate. Support data collection for materials and financial resources. Requirements This position may require standing for extended periods of time, walking, working in tight spaces, bending, squatting, twisting, kneeling, reaching, and lifting. It also requires the ability to distinguish between colors and work in an environment with noise that may be difficult for some individuals with sensitivity to noise, as well as the use of hand and power tools.
