LA and NY openings. The firm is seeking an experienced attorney for a Non‑Equity Partner role. Candidates may align with one of the following practice areas based on background and expertise: General Liability Litigation Commercial Litigation / Professional Liability Financial Services Litigation / FINRA / Securities Litigation Experience managing complex litigation matters, client relationship maintenance, and business development are essential. Responsibilities Independently manage a litigation caseload from inception through resolution. Develop litigation strategy, oversee discovery, conduct depositions, and manage motion practice. Handle hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials as applicable. Maintain and strengthen existing client relationships while supporting business development initiatives. Supervise and mentor associates and junior attorneys. Collaborate across practice groups and offices on complex matters. Ensure timely reporting, budgeting, and client communication. Practice Area Focuses General Liability Premises liability Transportation and trucking matters Catastrophic injury and wrongful death claims Construction defect and product liability matters Insurance defense litigation Commercial Litigation / Professional Liability Business and contract disputes Partnership and shareholder litigation Professional liability defense for attorneys, accountants, architects, engineers, and other professionals Employment‑related business disputes Complex civil litigation matters Financial Services Litigation / FINRA / Securities FINRA arbitration and regulatory matters Securities litigation and enforcement matters Broker‑dealer and registered representative defense Customer disputes and employment‑related financial industry matters Regulatory investigations and compliance‑related disputes Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school. Active license and good standing in the applicable jurisdiction. Significant litigation experience within one of the identified practice areas. Experience independently managing complex litigation matters. Portability of business preferred, but not required depending on experience level and practice fit. Strong deposition, motion practice, negotiation, and client management skills. Trial and arbitration experience preferred.
