About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Operations Digitalization. The successful candidate will be a strategic and execution-focused leader, responsible for driving AI-enabled transformation, advancing automation initiatives, and enhancing efficiency, scalability, and operating leverage across global operations. This role involves leading a team dedicated to digitalization, AI adoption, and process transformation, and requires close partnership with operations leadership, technology, and external vendors to deliver measurable operational improvements. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' professional experience in asset management, investment banking, broker-dealing, or investment advisory, with a strong background in AI strategy, digital transformation, process re-engineering, and operational excellence. Key responsibilities for the Vice President include leading and developing a team, accelerating AI and automation initiatives, and driving end-to-end process re-engineering. The role demands a hands-on approach, with the expectation that the leader will be highly engaged in execution, problem-solving, and driving results. The candidate should have a proven track record in leading enterprise-scale transformation initiatives, managing third-party vendors, and influencing product roadmaps. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills are essential, as is the ability to balance strategic thinking with practical execution. The role requires a solutions-oriented leader with deep expertise in AI adoption, digital transformation, and strong change management capabilities. The candidate should be comfortable operating in ambiguity and be passionate about emerging technologies and innovation.
