Vice President, ABS Lending - Digital Infrastructure

Vice President, ABS Lending - Digital Infrastructure New York City Bulge Bracket Bank Overview The Vice President will lead underwriting, structuring, and execution of secured financing facilities for digital infrastructure platforms. This includes data centers, fiber networks, tower operators, edge computing providers, and wireless infrastructure companies. The VP will work closely with clients, internal partners, and external stakeholders to deliver tailored ABS and secured lending solutions across a diverse set of digital assets. Responsibilities Lead day to day structuring and underwriting of asset backed facilities for digital infrastructure clients Build models and collateral analytics tailored to digital infrastructure such as contracted cash flows, utilization metrics, fiber IRUs, recurring revenue streams, and tower tenancy structures Prepare internal credit memoranda and present recommendations to senior risk committees Direct diligence efforts including operational reviews, site level performance data, contract analysis, and legal documentation Manage closing processes in partnership with internal legal, operations, and treasury teams Monitor facility performance, covenant compliance, network growth metrics, and service provider concentration risk Maintain strong client communication and serve as primary contact for execution matters Mentor junior team members on digital infrastructure fundamentals, modeling, and structured finance execution Qualifications 6+ years of experience in ABS lending, structured credit, project finance, digital infrastructure finance, or related sectors Strong understanding of digital infrastructure business models including data center economics, fiber networks, tower lease structures, and long term contracted revenue Demonstrated ability to lead execution of complex asset backed or secured lending transactions Expert modeling skills including projected cash flow analysis, covenant cases, and structural scenario testing Ability to present analytical work clearly to senior management and clients Strong coordination skills across risk, legal, syndicate, and capital markets teams #J-18808-Ljbffr Selby Jennings
