About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for a critical leadership role in its investment banking division, with a focus on digital infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of deal teams and the cultivation of client relationships, acting as the bridge between high-level strategy and tactical execution. Key responsibilities include deal leadership, serving as the primary point of contact for clients during the execution phase, and providing senior-level guidance on deal structure and negotiation strategy. The role also involves supporting senior bankers in business development, staying abreast of sector expertise in digital infrastructure services, and overseeing multiple deal workstreams to ensure institutional-grade quality. Applicants must have 5-7 years' of investment banking experience, with a proven track record in M&A or infrastructure finance, and possess exceptional communication skills. A strong network or emerging presence within the digital infrastructure ecosystem is essential, as is the ability to command a room during client presentations. The role requires a candidate with Series 63 and 79 licenses (or equivalent) and a deep understanding of digital infrastructure trends, including 5G deployment, edge computing, and subsea cabling. The ideal candidate will be adept at project management, with the ability to meet all deadlines and maintain a high standard of work across multiple projects.
